Remember the “striped photo” that was in the entrance area of the large “Richter” retrospective at the New National Gallery in Berlin. For the first time, a museum exhibition is devoted to this most recent cycle of works, with 12 new works up to ten meters long as well as six large lacquered glass images in two parts of this year in 100 x 200 format cm and a spacious, fragile, multi-part glass sculpture. The product catalog, printed in seven colors with lacquer and aniva colors – does not reproduce the work, but presents it as an original using the printing technique developed by Richter.
